Knights Earn Four-Set Win Over Marywood

Potsdam, NY – Although it took four sets to gain the win, the Clarkson University Volleyball team won all three of its sets against Marywood University by double digits, picking up a 3-1 victory (25-10, 25-14, 22-25, 25-14) against the Pacers in the North Country Invitational Saturday afternoon at Alumni Gymnasium.

The Golden Knights improved to 2-1 overall and will take their longest trip of the season next weekend, heading to California for four matches.

In the first set, Clarkson jumped out to a 9-0 lead and never looked back, holding a double-digit advantage in the set from 12-2 through the complete of the game at 25-10.
