The Series: Six years ago, Clarkson surpassed St. Lawrence in the all-time series and now has a 69-62 record against the Saints. However, the Golden Knights' winning ways have been a regular occurrence for over a decade as the Green and Gold have claimed 18 straight wins and have won 54 sets against St. Lawrence's three.

Key Stats for Clarkson (5-7, 2-0 Liberty League): Despite missing the 2020 season entirely, a couple of Clarkson players are on the verge of hitting career milestones this weekend, though both may end up waiting until after the St. Lawrence match. Senior Emma Baxter needs only 24 more digs to become the 15th member of Clarkson's 1000-dig club in just her second season as the team's libero. Classmate Isabelle Crow is a little further off her round number, as she is currently 67 assists short of becoming only the fifth setter in program history with 2500 assists. The loss of the 2020 season will keep the aforementioned seniors and classmate Kristin Werdine down the all-time service aces leader board at Clarkson, though each is doing their best to jump up the list. Werdine leads the conference with 35 (0.80 per set) and Crow is 10th with 24 (0.55 per set), while Baxter is just off the top 10, having amassed 18 aces.  That trio accounts for 71% of Clarkson's 109 aces this season.

Key Stats for St. Lawrence (5-9, 1-1 Liberty League): Although she has sat out a handful of sets, Julia Giroux leads both the Saints and the Liberty League in kills per set, averaging 3.69 per game to top the conference thus far. Vivian Zymeck also contributes 3.28 kills per set, though she has played in only 18 games so far. Lainey Roman (2.05 kills per set) also contributes to the team's offense, but leads the team in digs (3.23 dps), just ahead of Giroux (3.17 dps). The team is running with multiple setters, but is led by Lily Snide's 5.95 assists per set. The Saints have suffered with struggles on serve receive, posting just an .851 reception percentage overall, which is 50 points below Clarkson's mark of .902. St. Lawrence has a deficit of 43 points from the service line, with 19 more errors than aces (109-128) while opponents have 24 more aces than errors against St. Lawrence (135-111).
