After a weekend in Rochester, the Clarkson University Men's Basketball team plays host to the Kangaroos of SUNY Canton at Alumni Gymnasium for a non-league matchup, Tuesday evening.

Freshman Nate Abernethy opened his Clarkson career account with 15 and 19 point performances, leading the team in scoring both days and being named to the All-Tournament Team. Braeden Burns dumped in 18 on Saturday, going 8-8 from the field while also leading the team in rebounding, averaging 5.5 a game. Key Stats for SUNY Canton (0-1): The Roos are coming off an 87-73 loss at Norwich University on Friday where the team shot 48% from the field in Vermont but struggled with turnovers, compiling 17 over the 40 minutes while only having six assists total. Juniors Bryon Streb and Malaki Smith led the team with 18 and 10 points, respectively. Streb also managed to pull down 10 rebounds and dish out three assists, both team highs. Classmates Chris Nastasi, Hansen Bagdonas and Eugene Johnson Jr., a transfer from SUNY Adirondack, all saw over 20 minutes of action in the team's opener.
