CU Women's Lacrosse Preview - at Vassar College (3/16)

Before the team heads to Maryland for a couple of non-league contests, the Clarkson University Women's Lacrosse team opens Liberty League play this Saturday when the team takes on Vassar College in Poughkeepsie, NY.

The Series: The Golden Knights are 9-14 all-time against Vassar, but Clarkson has won four of the past five meetings, including an 18-11 victory a year ago. Madelynn Barnum had five goals in the win and Julia Lavarnway posted seven points.

Key Stats for Clarkson (3-0): Both Barnum and Lavarnway have surpassed 150 career points in the last week, and they may soon be joined in the 100-point club by Hailey Millington. The senior scored seven goals in the first half alone against Oneonta State on Saturday and now has 11 goals on the season, putting her at 81 points for her career.
