The Series: The Golden Knights are unbeaten in 10 meetings against Bard dating back to 2012, including a 20-3 victory against the Raptors last season. Clarkson also shut out Bard back in 2016, one of three shutouts in program history along with clean sheets from 1989 (Wells) and 2014 (University of St. Joseph).

Key Stats for Clarkson (5-2, 0-1 Liberty League): It's getting to be a bit of a broken record, but Madelynn Barnum is on the cusp of another historic accomplishment for the Golden Knights. With her eight-point performance against Juniata on Thursday, Barnum now has 260 career points, putting her just two shy of Alyssa Cristaldi's 262 points from 2010-2013, which is second all-time in program history. Christine Wright's record of 287 points is well within striking distance. As impressive as Barnum has been in the first seven games of 2025, Clarkson has four other players who have already accumulated 16 points or more, including Gabby Cranfield. The sophomore has 30 points on 12 goals and 18 assists thus far.

Key stats for Bard (0-7, 0-1 Liberty League): Bard has somewhat of a short bench with only 18 players on the roster, which may wear down the Raptors later in games. The team has struggled to keep opponents away from the crease, allowing 20.29 goals per game (tied for 278th out of 282 teams in NCAA Division III). In fact, the team has given up 20 goals or more on four occasions and allowed at least 15 goals in every game. Emerson Embrey has stood out for the Raptors with a team-best 21 points on 14 goals and seven assists, as well as solid contributions in other categories like 24 draws, 18 groundballs, and nine caused turnovers. Morgan Ruhle has played well on defense with 17 caused turnovers and 27 groundballs.
